You need to finish photography work you put on the shelf from years ago.

Title: “Headlight Abstract #1”.
Year: 2022. Originally photographed in 2015.

The old English proverb, “Better late than never,” is very important in photography. All of the photos in this post were originally photographed in 2015. I stashed them on a hard-drive, and then only recently found these image files and many others that still need editing. I suggest creating a good digital organization system for your raw files. You may not get to these files right away, as in this case, I am getting back to these files seven years later. Thus, if you have lots of raw files waiting for editing, you should attempt getting back to them: If you took the images, you probably thought there was something interesting there in the first place. Revisit these images and evaluate if you feel the same way as when you took the images. You may be surprised at what you find, and glad that you did.

  • Yes, these images are considerably abstract for my Non-Abstract Photography blog; however, the message is important for both of my blogs.
